Købn uses Australia Post services for deliveries within Australia. Orders are sent via trackable Parcel Post and generally take between 2-7 days after purchase depending on the destination.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship to a selection of countries. All orders are a flat rate of $50 AUD and sent via Australia Post.
Please note you will be liable for any import duties in your country. Tracking of the order is the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for contacting your local collection point. For any orders returned to sender due to an order not being collected at the post office, we will refund the order value excluding postage. Any additional fees incurred will be deducted from the order.
ORDER TRACKING
All orders are sent with a tracking number and tracking link which is emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

RETURNS
Full priced product purchased from kobn.com.au may be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused with original packaging and swing tags attached. The shipping costs are the responsibility of the person returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Sale items or items on promotion cannot be refunded. A credit note will be offered.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned. This is highlighted in the product description. Gift cards are non refundable.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer exchanges.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
