Postage and Handling
Standard Flat Rate Shipping within Australia $15.00
Købn uses Australia Post service for most deliveries within Australia. Orders are sent via trackable Parcel Post and generally take between 2-7 days after purchase, depending on the destination.
All orders are sent with a tracking number and tracking link which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
If you require express delivery please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote.
If you would like your order to be shipped to a destination outside of Australia please email us at email@example.com for a shipping quote. Please note you will be liable for any import duties in your country.
Product purchased from kobn.com.au may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase and only if accompanied by the receipt and in original condition with original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
Sale items (if applicable)
We do not offer refunds on sale or items on promotion.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we will not be held responsible for any parcels that may go missing in transit.
